This brand new apartment complex was built by Speller Metcalfe to provide homes for frontline staff and opened by Sarah Beeny in June 2021.
We completed the line markings creating 40 car parking spaces of which 3 were for disabled use along with a give way junction and general lettering such as ‘Keep Clear/No Entry’.
We were both pleased and proud to have been involved in this project to build a new school for children with autism in Patchway, Bristol. Working alongside BAM Construction Ltd we were asked to apply the line markings to the car park as one of the final elements of the project prior to opening in November 2019.
Congratulations also goes to Laurie Pym, Apprentice Surveyor, who was our liaison on the project and, awarded Construction Apprentice of the Month for his work, by the CITB initiative Shared Apprenticeships South West.
